natzilla, thank you for your help! Based on those docs, I was able to figure out what was wrong. I was using renderD128 (integrated graphics) in Jellyfin instead of renderD129 (Arc graphics), but only renderD129 was mapped correctly in Unraid.
The final thing: just saving the transcoding settings in Jellyfin DOES NOT change settings; the container needed restarting before the changes were implemented.
