The Jellyfin TV app attempts that port automatically, and I have attempted to use the 172.17.02 IP from Docker already. My eero is a B010001, but I am only attempting to stream 1080p movies right now.

I ended up solving this by opening Jellyfin directly from the UGREEN NAS OS and then using that IP and port.
