I'm not a pro here but I can give you directions to check while you wait for someone better then me:
- Check permissions on files, i.e. make sure JF has full access to read write and edit movie files.
- Does stream work without transcoding? Is the device listed in the /dev/ folder? (not sure if this is applicable in truenas setup)
- Have you tested other files and formats to see if that works?
- Have you made sure your CPU supports the transcode settings you have selected? e.g. not all support av1. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...rview.html
