No that is really not possible with the way jellyfin is build. Jellyfin uses an sqlite database to store the files metadata like location, watch status, tags and libaries in its jellyfin.db . To Identify each individual media within that database, a key is generated based on the path of the media so two movies that are named the same and stored at the same location are considered "the same". But because JF uses the Path as the identifying factor for the media files, you cannot change it.
For the future, it is possible to set the imdb id in the filename as our documentation describes.
