it's a vps, a virtual server. Typically these servers do not have GPUs.
Mine was just a screenshot taken at the moment on web player, the reproduced file is in hevc, therefore not playable by browser (at least mine doesn't support it), so I did a quick conversion to show.
Usually I see on firestick, smart tv or google chromecast, they all support 4k hdr.
The vision on those devices is direct, there is no transcoding, but you still can't see it correctly.
