Dolby Vision P5 is pink/green and tone mapping won't work

I'm running JellyFin on TrueNAS Scale with the TrueCharts version of the app. Hardware accelerated transcoding normally is working great with my i3-12100 on TrueNAS Scale Cobia. However, when I try to play Dolby Vision content (at least certain stuff, presumably P5 based on what I'm reading) it's very pink/green. This is despite the fact that I'm watching on a TV that supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision and regular HDR content plays fine.
