You don't need follow that guide, just this one. For logs, go to Dashboard -> Logs and select the most recent version that starts with "log...", then paste the contents into pastebin.

Ok.

Pastebin whined that the log was too big.  It's 3mb.

Here are some steps to try:

1. Restart both the TvHeadend server and the Jellyfin server.
2. On the Jellyfin server, navigate to Dashboard → My Plugins → TvHeadend and check that the IP address for the TvHeadend server is correct.

Well,

I'm calling this done.

Schedule updates, but doesn't show, clicking on something in "On Now" I get "Playback Error, Playback filed due to a fatal player error".

Thanks for the assistance, but I'll just remove the TVHeadEnd plugin/

Did you verify that the "Prefer fMP4-HLS Media Container" option is still turned off?

It had gotten turned on, but I turned it off.

No change after a reboot.

I'm done beating my head against this.

Well,

Couldn't leave well enough alone.

Reinstalled add-in.

Still getting the playback error in Palemoon.

Tried to view in the app on my Roku box on the TV.  It sits for a bit and then goes back to the menu.

Works fine on Kodi

App doesn't want to open in Brave on either my Windows or Linux boxes.



Will open in Palemoon.
