Also, which QNAP package did you install for Jellyfin? This github page has QNAP packages that are using MUCH newer versions of Jellyfin than what you currently have deployed. And it definitely includes jellyfin-ffmpeg.

Does the QNAP package not come with jellyfin-ffmpeg?!

When I searched for related issues earlier, I noticed the jellyfin installation package. Because it was not signed, I thought it was risky, so I didn't install it.

The github link I provided for a more modern Jellyfin QNAP package is popular and commonly used. It is safe to use that version. AFAICT, the version you have does not come with ffmpeg and I am not familiar enough with how QNAP works to provide a way to somehow link an external ffmpeg into Jellyfin.

I recommend you, at least, give the QNAP package from that github link a try.

English is not a requirement for this forum.  It is encouraged, but if your English is not good enough we actually prefer you use your native language.  As the OP stated, translators are pretty good these days and it is easier to translate the post then force the OP to speak broken English and make it harder for us to decipher what they are trying to communicate.
