10Mbps Upload Stutter

Hi all, I recently moved and my upload speed is half of what it used to be. I never had any problems with multiple 1080p streams, but now that my upload is only 10 Mbps im having issues with 1 stream. I have the internet streaming bitrate set to 4Mbps and im transcoding with my gpu, but im still having stuttering issues. I know this is probably a long shot, but does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to reduce the stuttering other than upgrading my internet?

Depending on your setup, the transcode output might be a higher bit rate than your configured limit.  The transcode bitrate vs original is in the playback info.

   

See if you can change your transcode quality settings, reduce the max resolution on the client (Settings > Playback > Maximum Allowed Video Transcoding Resolution)
