So I forgot my password of the only admin account while fixing mums account away from home. I tried to log in to mine but forgot the password or entered it wrong. Now I have tried to reset the password with the pin it creates and it accepts it but when trying to log into the account with the pin it doesn’t work. Just says I don’t have access or something along those lines. I have found the system.xml but am unable to find the <isstartupwizzardcomplete> line among the shapes and words. Is there any other way to fix this?
