Android App

When playing back video from the Android app, after a few minutes of background play, the app will pause the music. When I unlock my phone, "Source Error" appears on the bottom of the screen, and I am then able to resume playback. Looking at the log file posted, the only line of interest I could find is:

[2024-12-04 17:21:10.988 +00:00] [INF] [148] Emby.Server.Implementations.Session.SessionManager: Playback stopped reported by app "Jellyfin Android" "2.6.2" playing "UC vs WVU Halftime". Stopped at "294357" ms

Which I interpret as the app pausing the app.

Also included the FFmpeg log from yesterday with the same issue. Any help would be appreciated!

Read my post on this older thread. You need to change some battery and data related settings.

Your other option is to use Finamp. Make sure to sign up for the beta to get the much better re-designed app.
