You can slowly customize it to your own liking by using custom CSS.
Just use F12 to open the dev tools to look at the CSS elements on your browser.
Also use the element picker shortcut on Chrome (Firefox too I believe): ctrl + shift + c
This tool will open the dev tool CSS display and automatically show what the CSS element is of the thing you're hovering over or clicked on.
Experimental mode will eventually become the default mode for Jellyfin's web UI in the future.
It's currently being worked on, so expect many things to change for it.

I mostly only noticed the sidebar was persistent, other than that didn't really see what else was changed. It is still buggy for me though. Sidebar would stay on even when playing videos.
