Hello People!
Thank you for taking the time to read my post, I really appreciate it. I am new to the forum so if any additional information is needed please let me know, and I will do my best.
I have recently noticed an issue where some of my HDR movies in BDMV folders are getting indexed as "4K HEVC SDR"-video. They are also very dim and washed out when playing them, I've tested on multiple devices. The app Infuse seem to be indexing and playing the folders correctly as HDR. When testing to remux some movies/folders with MKVToolNix into MKVs the movies get indexed as HDR and plays fine by Jellyfin. I have not altered the BDMV folders in any way since copying them from the disks through MakeMKV.
I've tried to search for this issue but all I came across was this post (https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/issues/7835) which is now closed without any comments. I get the feeling that Jellyfin maybe has indexed the wrong playlists? Can I tell it what specific playlist it should look at during indexing or is the problem something else?
What do you think, any ideas? If you know how to help me, please let me know.
P.S. Love Jellyfin, keep up the good work!
