Dear Jellyfin Community and Developers,
I am a 0/8/15 end user and was super excited about Jellyfin until recently. What do I mean was, I still am, but I have a small problem that I hope you can help me with.
I have Jellyfin running on an Asustor NAS via Docker. And after updating Jellyfin from 10.8. (13 or so) to the new version 10.9., I no longer have access to my server through Jellyfin.
What is strange, though, is that I can reach Jellyfin via the IP and port 8096, where I have the option to select my server but then receive the message that it cannot connect.
I am confused. If it can't connect, why do I get to the server selection?
Like any layperson, I uninstalled and reinstalled everything again, but that didn't help either.
Since I have no idea about Docker, programming, or anything like that, I wuld appreciate a simple and beginner-friendly explanation on how i can fix the problem.
Thanks in advance for your effort
