In your prior logs you were direct "streaming", meaning the video is unmodified but the audio is transcoded. Audio transcoding always happens on the CPU.
Both of those latest logs are HDR content being tone mapped to SDR. Much slower and more intensive. But the N100 should be able to handle that. The stuttering may be phone performance or network performance? Its a pretty big video. The transcoded video is over 50Mbps.
