Link to the newest log (I posted the other parts earlier in the thread): https://pastebin.com/kBLB5N0d
Unfortunately, I couldn't get the ffmpeg since Exoplayer didn't send a transcode request to the server. All I got i this image below.

I would like to note that the reasons I prefer to use webplayer and Findroid is that it also support jellysrub and introskipper. Missing these two plugins is sort of a deal breaker for me, which is why I would love to not prioritise this solution.

After you setup the LXC, what else did you do? I see you have a theme. And you have Jellyscrub and intro skipper. Did you do anything to jellyfin-web like restoring the entire jellyfin-web directory from a 10.8.12 backup or something?

Nope. After setting up the LXC, all I did was setting up GPU passthrough and relocating transcode and library folder to my NAS (which also runs in Proxmox). It is an entirely new setup. The only thing that I imported from my last installation on Windows was the watch data, which I did through the use of Trakt.

But you've used this phone with a past instance of Jellyfin 10.8.12? Is your phone's browser caching the old version of jellyfin-web? I have a hard time believing that, but how else would that 10.8.12 log entry appear?

I don't remember the exact Jellyfin version that was installed on Windows 10, upon which I have try using my phone to connect to. One thing I can be sure of is that I only started using Jellyfin on Feb 10, 2024. Therefore, I believe that I have never used or access version 10.8.12.

I'm stumped. There is nothing in your log that points to a specific issue. At least not on the server.

The only anomaly is the 10.8.12 log message.

I have the same Problem. Chrome or Android (14) jellyfin app, the movie starts after 4 minutes again, backwards , forwards its starts from zero. In Firefox example its run smooth.

Jellyfin 10.8.13 ubuntu 20.04 vm. The Problem was not for the last update .
