second drive not scraping images

So i just installed another drive to the server and added additional tv and movies folders to my libraries, it downloads all the data and stuff and the movie displays on jf but it doesnt load images from the second drive how do i fix this

Do you mean it doesn't load images AT ALL for the new entries?  Or that you have images in the folders with your movies and shows that Jellyfin isn't picking up?

What OS is Jellyfin running on?

Well i have to go in and manually identify the movie to download the images and then they show up and its only on the second drive

Oh, ok. So you are having to manually identify EVERYTHING on the second drive.

Can you give some example folder and file names? In the Jellyfin interface, show me the "media info" for one of these files.

Oh forgot to say its on windows , but going in to take your pictures i realized the new drive is now failing to re initialize so i may have gotten a bad one! Yikes!

okay so after a restart my drive is back! heres charlies angels for example

The only thing I can think of is file permissions. Rescan and replace all metadata?
