Certain movies aren't being registered

I have three movies at the momment, Up, and the first two harry potter movies are in my jellyfin directory. The UP movie is playable and works well however the harry potter movies don't. They should be formatted from blueray correctly. The harry potter movies are in HEVC format while the UP movie is in MKV. Is Jellyfin not able to use HEVC? I can play the movies fine when opening them in my firefox browser.

You need to put them in an MKV container.
