Change what app opens when launching server?

When I launch Jellyfin server on my PC it opens my browser at the Jellyfin app page which is useful because I invariably fired the server up to check a movie or tweak settings.

I also installed a Jellyfin client app on the same PC because unlike my default web browser, it's able to play all my movies with hardware acceleration.

So the question is:
Is there any setting that can change it so the Jellyfin client is automatically opened instead of my web browser when I launch the server? I can't see anything..

Full disclosure:
I'm on Ubuntu using the Flatpak Jellyfin client. I'm not sure but I don't think this really impacts the question so it should be answerable by anyone using Windows.

Opening the browser is behavior specific to the flatpak installation of the server and you can not disable it or change what is launched.
