Choosing Placyback player missing from Chromecast.

I am running the latest version of Jellyfin bare metal on an Ubuntu Server OS and everything is up to date. I use my GCCTV and I can typically choose a playback player but right now that I went to go change it I noticed that that option was missing and more importantly the whole settings was really different. Was that setting removed or moved? If it was moved where can I find it? Thanks in advance.

libvlc was removed in the latest update.
