My older Mac will not run an OS that supports JF 10.9. Now my grey warning about updating has turned red, and all support and connections are refused. Is there anything I can do, or am i forced to say goodbye to JF?

If you install Linux on your Mac you could continue to use Jellyfin. If you want to stay on OSX, there isn't much you can do. There are dependencies that are just not available on older versions of MacOS/OSX.

Is Docker an option on older Mac OSes?

Thanks, I thought this might be the case.

    I'll investigate.
