What option do you have selected for refresh rate scaling on the Chromecast in the Jellyfin app?

Refresh rate switching was disabled, but setting it to Scale on TV or Scale on Device didn't change anything

I think I am experiencing what you're experiencing after my CCwGTV 4k updated to 0.16.10. It doesn't stutter per-se. But it will pause for a couple seconds at random intervals. For some reason, a couple of my preferences were reset. Refresh rate scaling had reverted to disabled and the max bit rate was changed to 100Mbps. Changing refresh rate scaling back to scale on device helped, but didn't eliminate the pausing. Will try scale on TV later today.

I'm sorry to say, but I don't think you are describing the same thing I'm experiencing. Here is a video i took with the problem, laptop is how it's supposed to be and TV in the background is the chromecast.
