Hello,
I'm uncertain if this is the appropriate section for posting, given that this plugin is not currently in development but rather just a very basic concept. If that's the case, I'd like to apologize in advance.
Having managed and used Jellyfin for a considerable amount of time (truly a marvelous piece of art), I've consistently felt the need for a Custom Library Plugin. Despite searching for something similar, I couldn't find any existing solutions. Given my prior experience with very small projects involving HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I initially believed I could undertake this on my own. However, I soon realized my level of expertise was insufficient.
Rather than discarding this concept, I thought someone might be interested in it.
About the plugin:
Originally, my idea was to incorporate the features into the Jellyfin Menu/Dashboard/Libraries/Add Media Library. However, I reconsidered, thinking that if I were to encounter issues during testing, I might inadvertently disrupt the entire system on my end. Opting for a plugin seemed to make much more sense.

Massive Thank You to everyone involved in the project.
