New user of Jellyfin. Setup yesterday. I have made several users. I have given each user access to certain folders which contain different types of films and/or music. All the films are in the folder "Films" and music in "Music". The Films folder contains folders of the various genres, e.g. horror, animation ... and in these folders are the films files. The same is true for Music.

When I log in to the server for a given user the correct folders (films or music) are shown. However, under DLNA all my folders in "Films" and "Music" are displayed. For example "3D Films" is shown but I have nit registered this folder in "Libraries". None of the users (including admin) have been given access to this folder in any Libraries. I do not want this. How can I resolve this issue?

I have searched the internet for an answer with no success. Thank you.

DLNA does not give you that kind of granularity. The DLNA plugin allows you to assign a user that will respond to all DLNA queries. Since the DLNA protocol does not have an authentication mechanism, there isn't much that can be done.
