Can you share screenshots of your library settings? Dashboard -> Libraries-> Libraries, then select the library and choose manage library from the three vertical dots. menu.

Hopefully these will be good enough?

I have the naming structure like this

    Doctor Who (2005) [tmbid-57243]\
    Season 00\
    S00E01.mkv
    S00E02.mkv

    Season 01\
    S01E01.mkv
    S01E02.mkv

Is this why it's pulling it from TVDB and not from TMDB? If so how do I name it so it's being pulled from TMDB?

The only way for it to use TMDB is to uninstall the TheTVDB plugin.

    Thanks

The way you name items doesn't matter. What matters is the order the metadata providers are set in the library. I think you're not able to reach TMDB for whatever reason. If the top one is not available, then it will fallback to the next and so on. Try a new library with just TMDB enabled and check if you're able to get metadata.

Very strange all my TV episodes I have on Jellyfin is now pulling from the TheTVDB, if I uninstall the TVDB plugin then everything gets pulled from TMDB.

It's like it's completely ignoring TMDB.
