Just for others who also get here via google:
I'm on docker, just upgraded to the latest version and also ran into this. It seems what happens is that the docker gets updated and on the first start the plugin also gets automatically updated to 11.0.0.0 - however, it shows "status - restart" instead of active, and Kodi clients gives you a message as if it wasn't installed on the server. To make it fully work you just have to stop and start the docker container again.

Hi folks, I am experiencing this same problem but am not able to upgrade to Kodi Sync Queue 11.x. In the catalog I only see up to version 10.0.
I am on the latest version of Jellyfin running on a turnkey mediaserver so am not sure why I am not being offered the latest plugin version. Any ideas?

I tried installing the plugin manually (in the linux directory) but it always got automatically disabled.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated, please.
