    Hey

I am running Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS and updated my jellyfin (bare metal instal) to 10.10.7 yesterday, and of course I was an idiot and didnt do a backup (even though that warning is pasted all over the docs)

Right after I lost the ability to view my content on my ssd. I get a fatal play back error. I checked the logs and there are a ton of red errors I dont understand and others saying that '[2025-09-26 00:15:43.081 +00:00] [ERR] Error processing request: "Could not find file '/mnt/ssd/Movies TV shows/TV Shows/....'

    Other errors are

    [2025-09-26 00:15:46.743 +00:00] [ERR] FFmpeg exited with code 254
[2025-09-26 00:15:46.847 +00:00] [ERR] Error processing request. URL "GET" "/videos/8ceee98c-9b3c-76bf-f891-554ba59cc12e/hls1/main/0.ts".

    [2025-09-26 00:15:46.428 +00:00] [ERR] Extracting keyframes from "/mnt/ssd/Movies TV shows/TV Shows/Community (2009)/S01/Community.S01E03.720p.WEB-HD.x264-Pahe.in.mkv" using matroska metadata failed

When I saw the 'Could not find file' messages I plugged the ssd into another machine and I can see/access the files. The drive is formatted to ntfs and has been working great for months with the previous build.

code 254 seems like it may be about permissions, but i havent changed any permissions on that drive recently.

Looking forward to some advice for some troublshooting.

    Thanks
