    Hi !

I made some recordings with TVH  ... therefore i use a profile which is recording in x265 as mkv.
Its possible to play it in the webbrowser, but if i open it on my mobile (regardless local or remote) i get a source error..

    the log means:
    Code:
[2025-01-21 15:44:51.394 +01:00] [INF] User policy for "gerd". EnablePlaybackRemuxing: True EnableVideoPlaybackTranscoding: True EnableAudioPlaybackTranscoding: True
    [2025-01-21 15:44:51.394 +01:00] [INF] RemoteClientBitrateLimit: 5000000, RemoteIP: "62.159.242.113", IsInLocalNetwork: False
[2025-01-21 15:45:04.783 +01:00] [INF] Playback stopped reported by app "Jellyfin Android" "2.6.2" playing "Selbst ist die Braut". Stopped at "0" ms

and there is no Transcode/DirectStream/Remux logfile created.....

    Ciao Gerd

Go to Dashboard > Users > select your user > and check Force transcoding of remote media sources such as Live TV.

In your log it looks like it is direct playing the stream. Which means the client should be attempting to directly connect to the live TV source.
