Hello everyone! I'm a new Jellyfin user.

Yesterday I've been testing and uploading some videos from my PC and watching them in my phone, iPad and TV. I hadn't have any problems with short videos or TV episodes, but for movies.

I've uploaded episodes of more or less 2GB, and movies of 3.5GB, 4.9GB, 8GB, and 17GB.
When I try to watch a movie, it start loading but never ends.

    Can someone help me?

Can you attempt to play a movie, then share the logs from your server with pastebin?

The logs are found in the dashboard.

The log you shared was an ffmpeg log. Can you share the main server log?

What are your server specs? It looks like it is extracting subtitles on the fly and that is taking a really long time. On my server that takes a second or two, tops. But its taking 15-20 seconds on your server.

I use my personal PC as a server.
    My PC has:
    • Windows 11
    • Intel i7-9700F 3GHz
    • 16GB RAM
    • 500GB C drive, 132GB available
    • 1TB D drive, 205 GB available

It is enough? Thanks for your time.

Try installing the "Subtitle Extract" plugin. Once you've restarted jellyfin asfter installing it, go to Dashboard > Scheduled Tasks and run the subtitle extract job. This will pre-extract subtitles instead of doing it on the fly.

Once that completes, try reproduce your problem.
