My folks have a Firestick 4K Max and it seems to be spamming connections to my JF server.  Every couple of minutes, the Activity Log shows a SessionStarted entry from their device that only lasts a second or two, followed by the expected SessionEnded.  I'm just curious if anyone else has seen this behavior.  They are running 0.18.2

    Thanks.

Seems to be an issue with Android type devices. I get it too on my Fire TV devices, both locally and remotely. There doesn't seem to be reason for it.

I've seen several people with this issue with no obvious root cause. I have several Android TV devices, none of them Firesticks, but have never had this issue.

I don't know if FireTV/FireOS checks for new content more frequently than plain Android TV devices, but perhaps you can check out the FireOS settings if there is a setting to ping apps for content updates.
