I have specific series that seems to skip frames when played back using the Jellufin Roku app. If I force the transcode on an episode it tends plays fine. Is there a way to set this option for the entire series? Preferably something I could do at the server level since not all the Rokus that view this series are in the same house as me. I know there are options to force this for everything, but I would prefer to only do it for this specific series since it is the only one having the issue.

AFAIK, Jellyfin does not have any settings that are series specific.

If you are comfortable on the command line, even on Windows, we can try to remux and repair the files. This kind of issue is commonly caused by a poorly muxed file.

I would be willing to try that, but I will say the issue does not seem to be present when I view in the Jellyfin client on my PC.

What OS is the server running and how was Jellyfin installed? And can you share the media info for the series in question? Go to an episode of the series in question, click on the "..." context menu, click on "media info", click the copy button at the top, and then share that.
