jellyfin-server version: 10.10.3 & 10.10.5 (both same problem)
OS: inside a debian LXC running on proxmox
CPU: i5-12500 - UHD 770
The playback is smooth when I'm not transcoding so its not a network bandwidth issue.
It only happens in particular dark scenes i noticed. in this case its a 4K remux HEVC the same movie 1080P remux has no problems.
it is consistent and always happens at the same time.
the server can keep up its transcoding at around 60+ fps.
The content is also being loaded from the M.2 nvme.
things i tried:
- disabling tone mapping.
- transcoding from HEVC to HEVC.
- using windows as the OS.
- forcefully upgrading the intel drivers to the one on the github.
- enabling guc=2
Settings:
Video's showcasing the issue:

video two
I think it might be hardware defect but i'm not 100% sure.
