Libraries with the same content type

I have two libraries with Content Type Music attached to separate folders. However, both libraries show all the files combined from both folders. Is there some way I can prevent this from happening?

I suspect a library mapping issue, as my setup includes a genre-mapped library system for movies where there are a network of libraries of the same content type mapped to subdirectories of my main movies directory and this is not an issue. Can you post a couple screenshots of the library configs?
