    Hello !

I've just installed Jellyfin trought Portainer and when I activate the Hardware Acceleration, I have this error:

"This client isn't compatible with the media and the server isn't sending a compatible media format."

It's working when I disable it but it's super laggy.

I'm using an 8GB Raspberrypi. Before installing it with Portainer, Jellyfin was directly on the Pi and everything was working fine.

Not sure what to do here..

Thank you for your help !

I don't know the specifics of how to do this with Portainer, but you would need to pass your GPU into the container. If you have not done so already.

    Something along these lines.

    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage
4x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1

So I think I need to "activate" the GPU on Portainer but I don't know how to find the UUID and name for the GPU on the RaspberryPi

Not sure how to help you from here. All the Portainer documentation I can find is usually referencing Nvidia or Intel GPUs.

Is there a reason you moved jellyfin from baremetal to Portainer?
