Hi, I don't have problem with my Jellyfin "TV or Jellyfin Media player" but everything that use web base including my cellphone ( Android )... I hit a empty page, no media or menu.. ALL BLANK.

everything was running fine with vers 10.8.x but, 10.9.x nothing is working and I don't have backup for 10.8.x I backup my server once a week and overwrite my backup.. so I'm kinda stuck with the problem... really need help here please. :'(

It's a pretty common problem, you need to clear your cache. In Chrome and Firefox, you click the icon in the left side of the address bar, and find an option along the lines of "clear cookies and site data", click it, and refresh the page.

With the android apps, you might have to delete the app's cache/data files, or reinstall the app.

If you go into Settings>Apps>Jellyfin>Storage & Cache and click "Clear Storage", that's what solved the problem for me, but if that doesn't work, maybe someone else has some ideas.
