    Hi everyone,
I have an M3U8 playlist file with a large number of IPTV channels, but everything is mixed together and completely unorganized. I would like to split the channels into categories such as News, Sports, Movies, Kids, and so on — so it’s easier to browse them in Jellyfin’s Live TV section.

Is there a simple way to organize the playlist or to edit the M3U file so that Jellyfin recognizes the categories properly?
Should I use an external tool like m3u4u.com or edit the M3U manually?

Any tips, tools, or guides would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

Hello Noam I don't know if you can do what your trying to do with m3u4u.com. I would suggest iptvboss you can google it. I think they give you a trial period. Depending on how the m3u source is laid out examples: moves, tv, sports while some are made all together. It will let you organize it. To separate it I would create a "fake" M3u file leave it bank and add it to the layout and call it something like page break. to give it that feel of going thew different categories.

There is probably an easier way. I am just trying to chime in on your question. I hope this helps.

I would also suggest looking at a youtube video on it you can just youtube it as well.

Also you can try xTeVe i think that can do it also
