How to migrate watch progress?

I tried that, but now the container stopped working. The "key" values are different, however the movie names are stored inside the library.db file along with user IDs. I'm hoping that I can match up the movie names instead of IDs to migrate the watch progress to the new database. However, right now I can't seem to find the usernames/user ids listed in the library.db inside the jellyfin.db. They appear incoherent

Gave it a try, but it seems that it doesn't work either sadly. Upon swapping library.db file, I get errors about SQL and it won't start.
