HW Transcording RTX 3080 Windows 11

Hi,
I am using jellyfin on my pc to see movies on my android TV. And it works great but on 4k it struggles with my AMD CPU.

So I wanted to switch to NVENC since I have a RTX 3080. But I cant choose the option... why? I installed via installer on windows 11.

See screenshot. I tried to google but must issues are with the transcoding not working but why cant I select it even?

okay my mistake:
navigate to http://localhost:8096 click on settings -> dashboard -> administration -> playback -> transcording there the setting is!
