As far as I can tell I am logged in as an admin, I am logged in as root, and I made sure to set each isAdministrator to true, I restarted the docker container multiple times.

It looks like I am not an admin, but I'm not sure how to check.

    I am on 10.9.11

Have you cleared your browser cache? It's worth a shot, I've seen weird odd behaviors before that resolved missing things by doing that.

Can you share your full log? That one line doesn't provide enough information.

Circling back to your opening post. Why do you think you aren't logged in as admin? You can't access the dashboard?

You can try re-enabling the startup wizard to reset the admin account.

Stop Jellyfin. Then navigate to where you mounted /config and open in a text editor /config/config/system.xml. Set "IsStartupWizardComplete" to false. Start Jellyfin. Access your Jellyfin in a private/incognito window and go through the steps for creating your admin account. This will over-write the admin account credentials, but no watch status information is lost. Just click next until you reach the end.
