I was never able to connect my android client to windows server

I've been trying to use Jellyfin for quite a while now. But I always get stuck on one of the first steps, which is connecting to my android phone on my local network.

On PC, I can enter 127.0.0.1:8096 just fine and get into the server. But lan devices simply can't access it. I've been running Plex, Chromecast, older DLNA servers just fine, and I even run some front-end coding stuff and it always seem to work (javascript stuff like React and Vue dev servers) so I would guess my network is fine.

I tried a bunch of solutions through each of my returns every 6 months or so. I have windows firewall Port rules for inbound and outbound connections to 8096, I have tried binding 0.0.0.0. Nothing seems to work and I usually just settle back on Plex with all its bloat.

But I've had enough of that horrible service. I can't take Plex anymore. I'm adamant on getting Jellyfin to work this time around and I hope I can give you as much information as I can.

I tried to add this rule (it's in portuguese but I hope it makes sense) https://snipboard.io/76mSjY.jpg and it gave me an error about invalid IP. I also tried it with * because it says it means all IP but I get the same invalid IP error. Do you have any idea what's going on? Do I need to add anything on the Remote column as well?

EDIT: I think I did it. I created a rule on my router's firewall that enables all the 8096 port. Unfortunately, it still doesn't appear on my android

127.0.0.1 is your loopback address and cannot be used by other hosts to refer to Jellyfin. You need to have 8096 for both the local and remote port. The local IP will be something like 192.168.X.X for your jellyfin server.
