identify not changeing

the folder is name Black Butler but jellyfin wants to name it Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic and i use the identify button to try to change it and i try deleting the nfo files but is not changeing

What library type is this in? This listing is a movie so this is either in a mixed library or a movies library.

I have a hard time believing that it would put movie metadata in a shows library. Are you using NFOs that were generated by another app?

no the nfos are from jellyfin i added a link to the tvshow.nfo on pastebin and a image of the library in the dashboard

What additional metadata provider plugins do you have and what order are they in? I see IDs for Kitsu, Anilist, and AniDB.

I'm willing to be Anilist is the highest priority. Anilist ID 21425 goes to Book of the Atlantic.

i have metadata plugins AniDB,AniList,AniSearch,Kitsu,TMDb,TheTVDB

Make AniDB or TMDB the highest priority and "replace all metadata". Personally, I found that Anilist got things wrong a lot and I ended up removing the plugin entirely.
