You mean without Windows admin rights? I do not, and I'd say if it's a work computer and your work won't get their admin to install it for you then it might not be a great idea to try and force. Likely a big no-no for your company. I got MASSIVE crap once for just changing the wallpaper on a computer in a back warehouse that only I use and it was to a basketball picture.

You can if you already have dotnet installed. That 100% needs admin privilages.
However you likely still need admin permissions to run a program thats downloaded from the internet as per your devices security rules (i doubt your work laptop has that disabled)

An alternative would be to open up the Jellyfin URL on your browser. If your personal server is already accessible from your work computer, using the browser should not be any problem. Most browsers handle media controls just fine.
