Comskip is the only app I know that can work with Jellyfin to do what you're asking. But I'm not sure it will work, or work well, with remote content.

You would have to setup Comskip separate from Jellyfin then setup DVR post processing in Jellyfin.

Comskip cannot cut out commercials while it is recording. It has to analyze the recording after it finishes recording. AFAIK, this is the only app that will cut commercials from Jellyfin records and there is no way to achieve "real time" commercial cutting.
