    Hi everybody,

I installed the jellyfin server on my nas and it works both on the web and on android devices.
However, if I launch it from ios on ipad, the message is "Could not connect to the server"
I gave all the permissions to the app. Any suggestions?
    Thanks

What app are you using on your iPad? Jellyfin Mobile or Swiftfin? And what server version are you running?
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage
4x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1

Also, you're putting "http://" before the IP and ":8096" after?

Yes, my iPad is updated to 18.2 and I write http://192.168.178.150:8096
It works on tv, smartphone android and PC but not on the iPad.

If you type that URL in the Safari address bar does that work?

For all those who have the same problem as me, I found an alternative by installing the Swiftfin iOS app.
I would still like to understand, why Jellyfin mobile, despite having the same settings and permissions, does not work.
