issue scanning library in 10.9.1

hello everyone, 
i have a weird issue with jellyfin 10.9.1.
scanning of my libraries doesn't work anymore without failing, and i can't enable audio normalisation in the library folder settings,  
when i open it, i can see it, but once the web interface loaded up it dissapeares every time

Looks like you hit an inotify limit and that is throttling you.

what is an inotify issue ? and how should i solve it?

There is a limit to the number of file accesses over a period of time for NFS. Read this link.
