Jellyfin Android Problem

Hello !

I have a problem that pulls my hair, it's simple.
My Jellyfin application on Android doesn't want to connect to my server anymore, it's giving me an error message that you can see on the screenshot.

Do you have a solution to this problem?

You should probably upgrade the server to 10.9.6 and if you side-loaded the client app via an .apk instead of a store you should probably upgrade that too.

I've already updated to version 10.9.6.
I just forgot to change it on the forum.
In fact, I've been having this problem ever since I upgraded to 10.9.6.
For the jellyfin application, I downloaded it from the playstore

I tried a lot of solutions but none worked.

Are you using a reverse proxy? If so, which one?

I'm currently using a cloudflare tunnel.
But I don't think that's the problem because with my PC when I try to access my jellyfin server it works fine with the https url.

For testing, can you disable the tunnel and use cloudflare just for DNS? Your PC and Android do not behave the same.

Also, using CF tunnels to serve video on their free tier is against their TOS.

The thing I don't understand is why from one day to the next the android app no longer wants to connect to my app.

and for cloudflare I was planning to change, but it's obviously temporary.
