Love this add-on. qq and apologies if i missed it in the thread. is there a way to see this when using the jellyfin app on a TV (samsung tizen)? or is there something similar that will have a "banner" like yours but not the play features etc.
on the pc it looks amazing, and may be the thing to get the family to use my media more! great job and well done!

It seems to be that the TV App is a totally different implementation, not based on web. I also would like this feature on TV, but I see no chance. The point is that this feature requires additional cpu power, which means that the processor in TV or some sticks may be slow.

I have seen this with my more than 10 year old Dell XPS 18 tablet, with i3 processor. It is still usable for playback, but the home screen is noticeable slow during the animation. May be device specific setting to disable the animation would be helpful in this case.

Is there a way to slow down the transitions? Just a bit too fast for me.

No dice for me, nothing changes appear to be made to the homepage whatsoever.

Stock JellyFin fresh install with docker default plugins + Intro Skipper.
Installation is from this week running v10.10.7
    Media Bar 2.3.0.0, Status: Active
    File Transformation 2.3.0.0, Status: Active

Closest I could find to an error in the logs, but the lines are not tagged with source so might not be relevant:

    Code:

However File Transformation did continue a little bit later:

Any more info I can provide?
I'd rather not go the manual route, due to the whole docker thing.

Additionally, the container source is the one provided by linuxserver.io - https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/jellyfin

NVM, It was the content security policy I had set in my reverse proxy causing slideshowpure.css to not load. Neutral-face
