Jellyfin pluggin issue

My plugin catalog keeps loading and never loads any plugins. IV tried restarting the server, restarting jellyfin, restarting the modem and nothing seems to work. I'm running jellyfin off a laptop and the latest version of Ubuntu.

I've seen this happen when people have IPv6 enabled on some parts of their setup, but not every component is setup to properly use it. To be clear, IPv6 does work when setup properly (which is what I do).

How do you set up IPv6 properly? Where can I find a way to set it up properly

Also could a fresh install of jellyfin solve this issue?

Enable IPv6 in your OS. Enable IPv6 in your router. Enable IPv6 in Jellyfin.

The first two are mandatory. Enabling IPv6 in Jellyfin is optional. Most modern OSes have it enabled, but most routers don't enable it out of the box.

Sorry for the late reply. I had too learn how to enable IPv6 on Ubuntu. I believe I enabled it in Ubuntu, my router/modem is Xfinity and I believe it's enabled there as well and I went on jellyfin and enabled it there as well. Restarted both jellyfin and the server and still did not get it to load the plugins. The catalog is stuck in loading.

Actually never mind sorry I'm just very new. I'm running jellyfin version 10.8.13
