Bulk add all 4k videos to Collection?

Is there a way to bulk add all 4k videos in a folder into Collection, or add metadata from Windows for JF to read and filter? I would love to be able to star rate videos based on my user and filter all 5 stars for example, but that's more of a feature or plug in request.

Not sure this is a good idea until the studios can be removed again.
