I watched a fairly obscure movie version of Samuel Beckett's 'Waiting for Godot' on Jellyfin (running on an nVidia Sheild) a couple of days ago. The next day the YouTube app is suggesting videos about Samuel Beckett and 'Waiting for Godot'. I haven't done any searches for either of these terms on Google and I have never had similar videos recommended in the past. To me it is solid evidence that the YouTube app is somehow getting data from Jellyfin or one of the api's it uses. Can anyone provide any insight on how this might be happening? Is it possible for Jellyfin to tighten up privacy?
    Otherwise, Jellyfin is great.
    Thanks in advance!

Jellyfin, 100%, does not collect any data thus having nothing to share or sell. What is more likely is that your phone, or some other IOT device, heard what you were watching and used that to change your recommends.

How many times my wife and I were discussing something we need only for Youtube or Amazon to recommend that thing we were talking about.
